If you care about empowering businesses and people to reach their potential, you’re in for a fun ride.Who we’re looking for:We're searching for a strategic B2B product marketing leader with a proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market plans. You'll not only become the expert on both Gloat's buyer persona and our products, but also masterfully translate that knowledge into compelling messaging, packaging, and go-to-market strategies. As a strong leader, you'll inspire and manage a team of product marketing professionals while collaborating effectively across content marketing, field marketing, and event marketing to bring Gloat's product story to life in high-impact ways. This ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in enterprise B2B product marketing, a proven track record of successful product launches, a deep understanding of the HR buyer, and experience building and leading a product marketing function within a fast-growing organization.This high-impact, high-visibility role reports directly to the CMO. You'll wear two hats: product marketing subject matter expert (internally and externally) and cross-functional collaborator, working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver business-driving initiatives.Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Messaging: Craft and own the positioning and messaging for Gloat's current products and upcoming launches.Packaging & Pricing Prowess: Work hand-in-hand with sales leadership to continuously refine Gloat's packaging and pricing strategy.Building a Winning Team: Evolve the product marketing function and develop a team to support the rapid growth of our product and sales orgs while partnering with content marketing, field marketing, and event marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.Product Insights & Impact: Partner with Business Analytics and Customer Success to generate valuable product insights and develop compelling customer case studies.Launch & Campaign Mastermind: Maximize the impact of product and feature launches by collaborating with Product Management and key stakeholders.Collateral Creation Champion: Lead your team in building engaging, high-quality marketing collateral across all mediums and channels.Market & Buyer Guru: Develop a deep understanding of our target market, including buyer personas, key use cases, and customer needs.Demand Gen Powerhouse: Work closely with the Demand Generation team to drive pipeline through impactful marketing campaigns.Sales Enablement Expert: Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement to equip the sales team to effectively communicate Gloat's value proposition.Product Visionary: Partner with the Product team to identify customer needs and sharpen product offerings based on feedback and competitive analysis.Requirements:10+ years of B2B product marketing experience in the tech sector, ideally SaaS.Experience in leadership roles, managing and motivating a team, and working with content marketing, field marketing, and event marketing.Deep understanding of large enterprise buyers (10K+ employees) and the HR buyer landscape.Proven ability to collaborate across functions (Product, B2B Sales) to create winning GTM strategies and campaigns.Experience working with international buyers and globally dispersed teams.A track record of successful product launches and feature releases.Experience collaborating with Design and Copy teams; exceptional Design and Copywriting skills a plus.Strong understanding of product management principles and the ability to translate complex features into clear customer benefits.Proficiency in marketing analytics and data visualization tools.Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience developing and managing marketing budgets.Benefits:Gloat provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
