What you\'ll do
- Upload your connections > AI surfaces your strongest matches > Reach out to people you already know, with a tailored message drafted for you
- Use outreach tools if you want to scale with minimal time input
- Most active partners spend 2–4 hours per week on the platform.
How you earn
- AI Network Referrals — 20% of placement fee
- Manual Referrals — 20% of placement fee
- Add a screening call — 10% of placement fee
- Outreach — 10% of placement fee ~1 hour/week
- Example: refer and screen a candidate placed on a £25,000 fee → £7,500 to you.

- Recruiters between roles who want to stay active and earn
