Electronic Banking Specialist
Basic Purpose Of Position

The Electronic Banking Specialist is responsible for the daily administration, risk mitigation, and maintenance of the bank's digital platforms. This role serves as a secondary layer of support for branch staff and call center agents, while primarily managing high-risk workflows such as mobile deposits, limit increases, and fraud monitoring. You will serve as the technical backbone for our employees, ensuring that digital banking requests are processed accurately, securely, and within bank policy.
Duties Of Position

Mobile Deposit Management: Manage Mobile Deposit registrations and process limit changes.
Bill Pay Management: Manage profile change requests and process limit changes.
Fraud Mitigation & Review: Monitor daily digital banking reports to identify unusual transaction activity.
Fraud Incident Response: Review online banking history upon notification of a compromise to identify unusual transaction history. Extract and provide detailed activity logs to appropriate staff to assist in fraud investigations.
Digital Communication Management: Manage the information email account, providing professional, timely responses or routing to the correct department.
Core Maintenance: Perform backend maintenance on user profiles, including adding/removing accounts, etc.
Internal Support: Act as the Tier 2 resource for employees who require technical assistance or clarification on electronic banking procedures.
Other duties: May be assigned by the Electronic Banking Manager.
Education/ Experience/ Skills

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous banking experience and a knowledge of banking systems preferred.
Technical Savvy: Ability to operate computer equipment and knowledge of Microsoft and Google applications.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
