2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or similar roles (beauty industry experience highly preferred)
Demonstrated experience filming, editing, and starring in social content, especially TikTok and Instagram
Strong alignment with a clean, minimal aesthetic
Confident, camera-ready personality eager to represent the brand in public-facing content, TikTok Lives, and more
Experience managing UGC or influencer programs and working directly with creators
Adept at trendspotting, storytelling, and leveraging analytics for performance improvement
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel occasionally for events, photoshoots, and brand activations
Strong portfolio showcasing personal and/or brand content creation capabilities
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including paid media and marketing
