A company is looking for a Public Relations Coordinator to support the execution of their public relations strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary internal coordinator for PR deliverables, ensuring timelines and materials are shared with the agency partner
Maintain and update a centralized PR calendar, coordinating with the agency to prepare necessary documents for media opportunities
Track media coverage and assist in editing press releases and internal communications as needed
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (internship experience considered)
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
Ability to coordinate across stakeholders and follow up proactively to keep projects moving
Interest in education, workforce development, or mission-driven organizations preferred
