Key Responsibilities

Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for customers using various techniques
Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality
Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on tools and best practices

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields
Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders
Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton)
Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance
Strong organizational discipline for operating within a time-based service model
