Job Description:

6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
Advanced proficiency in Sketch - including symbols, shared libraries, nested symbols, and prototyping tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Experience creating responsive web and mobile designs
Proficiency with design handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, InVision, or similar)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs
Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability heuristics is a plus
.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly illustrate user interactions and product functionality
• Utilize Sketch to its full potential - creating and managing complex symbol systems, shared libraries, and responsive design templates
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
• Translate business and user requirements into compelling UI/UX solutions
• Ensure consistency in visual elements and behaviors across all platforms
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and data
