Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of assessment content and production editors
Oversee editorial review of test items, passages, and technical documentation
Direct production editing for various materials and ensure quality checks prior to release

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
15+ years of professional editing experience in educational assessment or technical publishing
Demonstrated people management experience in deadline-driven environments
Exceptional command of Chicago, APA, and AP style
Proven experience using AI tools to enhance editorial workflows
