Job Title: Videographer
Posting Date: May 1, 2026
Position Summary
Radius Group is looking for a Videographer who can own a project from the first shot to the final export. This is a full‑time, in‑house role for someone who's equally comfortable behind a camera and inside an edit suite — someone who treats both as craft, not chores.
You’ll produce content across three primary areas: social media and short‑form video, corporate and brand storytelling, and training and educational content. The work is varied, the pace is real, and the expectation is that you bring a point of view to everything you touch.
Key Responsibilities
Shoot and edit video content for social media, brand campaigns, and internal training programs
Lead recording sessions, including lighting and sound setup, for both in‑studio and field environments
Operate Sony camera systems across a range of production environments — studio, on‑location, and everything in between
Build polished edits in DaVinci Resolve, including color grading and audio mixing
Handle audio production and post‑processing in Adobe Audition
Design and animate motion graphics in Adobe After Effects to support storytelling and brand consistency
Manage your own projects from pre‑production through delivery, keeping timelines, assets, and stakeholders organized
Collaborate with internal teams to understand objectives and translate them into finished video content
Travel domestically up to 20‑25% annually — roughly 3–4 field trips per year — to capture footage, conduct interviews, and produce on‑location stories
Production and Project Management
This role isn't just about showing up on shoot day. The right candidate takes ownership of a project from the first conversation to the final delivery — and keeps everything in between organized.
We're looking for someone who can write a clear creative brief before a camera comes out of the bag, build a production schedule, and coordinate with any vendors, talent, or locations involved. On the communication side, you should be comfortable running client‑facing status updates and knowing when a quick message is enough versus when a call is warranted.
On the post side, clean revision management matters — that means organized feedback rounds, no version chaos, and familiarity with client review tools like Frame.io or Vimeo Review. You keep a clean archive: consistent file naming, logical folder structure, and reliable backups.
Day‑to‑day, that means logging tasks and updates in a project management platform like Asana, staying on top of assigned work without reminders, and handling the basics of production admin — including submitting receipts and expenses on time. Small things done consistently make a big difference in a team environment.
Broader admin skills are a genuine plus: the ability to draft a basic scope of work or production estimate, track hours and project status across active jobs, and deliver assets through shared platforms like Google Drive, Frame.io, or Dropbox in a way clients can actually navigate.
Required Qualifications
A strong candidate has hands‑on experience with Sony camera systems and knows them well enough to make confident decisions on set without a manual nearby. Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve is required — color work, multicam editing, and clean audio finishing. Adobe After Effects is equally important; you should be able to build motion graphics that feel intentional, not templated.
Beyond the technical side, we want someone who can manage their own workload. That means tracking project status, communicating proactively, and keeping files organized so nothing gets lost between a shoot day and a delivery deadline. Experience level is open. What matters more than years on a resume is the quality of your work and how you talk about your process.
Proficiency with Sony camera systems (mirrorless and/or cinema line).
Expertise in DaVinci Resolve for editing, color grading, and audio processing.
Skilled in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
Experience with Adobe Audition for audio editing and post‑processing.
Willingness to travel for on‑location production (up to 15% annually).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience producing training or educational video content.
Familiarity with studio and controlled lighting environments.
Background in brand or corporate video production.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
Core Competencies
Creativity and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration
Problem‑solving abilities
Initiative and self‑management
