Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Must understand, demonstrate, and always promote safe work practices to ensure a safe work environment.

Maintain high levels of quality to eliminate sub-standard products.

Create and maintain a positive environment for all employees free of intimidation and harassment.

Responsible for selection and training of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising employee performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems and disputes.

Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Ensure direct reports comply with all policies and procedures.

Improve efficiency of assigned area using lean principles, effective leadership, and KPIs.

Ensure all area KPI’s are met.

Establish, document, and/or adjust work procedures to ensure production schedules, quality requirements, and safety goals are met.
