Communications Agent
Full‑time position located at Conrad Orlando. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest communication through telephone and other channels.
Classification & Shift
Full‑time, various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
Respond to guest inquiries and requests via telephone in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information on hotel facilities and services.
Respond to emergencies and relay accurate information to appropriate parties.
Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately, using proper grammar and spelling.
Operate office equipment, including computers, PBX system, fax, email, etc.
