A leading global events and insights platform within the asset and wealth management space is looking to hire a
Client Services Manager
to support its high-profile Wealth Management business.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role sitting at the intersection of
client services, sponsorship management, and event execution . You’ll play a key role in delivering premium experiences for senior stakeholders across the investment industry.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Act as the primary contact for sponsor and member firms, delivering a high-touch, “white glove” experience
Manage ongoing client communications including programme updates, attendee lists, and deliverables
Coordinate speaker logistics, outreach, and scheduling
Support end-to-end event execution (in-person and virtual)
Oversee event platforms (e.g. Cvent) including agendas, speaker profiles, and reporting
Produce event materials and manage on-site deliveryCollaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure seamless execution
The role requires:
2-3+ years’ experience in client services, events, or conference production
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Cvent, and Zoom is advantageous
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
