What You'll Do
The Marketing Communications Coordinator will support Turner Pest Control's in-house marketing team by executing day-to-day initiatives that drive lead generation, protect brand consistency, and support local market efforts. This role assists with reputation management, digital communications, social media coordination, and Google Business Profile maintenance across multiple locations. The coordinator will manage marketing materials and promotional inventory, ensuring assets are ordered, organized, and distributed effectively. They will also help coordinate community events, sponsorships, and field marketing support. Additionally, this role provides administrative and operational support, including invoice tracking, documentation, and internal marketing processes. Success in this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams while managing multiple priorities.

Who You Are
Successful candidates are organized, detail-oriented marketing professional with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. You bring one to three years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role and are comfortable supporting multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll also have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to support digital content, customer messaging, and internal marketing initiatives

Excellent organization to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and administrative tasks efficiently

Experience supporting reputation management by monitoring and responding to online reviews in alignment with brand and service standards

Ability to assist with social media coordination, email campaigns, and digital communications execution

Experience coordinating marketing materials, promotional items, and inventory ordering and distribution

Ability to support community events, sponsorships, and local market initiatives through logistics and internal communication

Skill in maintaining accurate documentation, invoices, and marketing expense tracking

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); graphic design experience and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
