About this role
We\'re looking for someone who can execute and elevate — not just check things off a list, but make them feel unmistakably keote when they\'re done.
You\'ll work closely with our Growth Marketing Lead across email, content, affiliate, wholesale, and creative. The work is varied. One day you\'re building a Klaviyo flow, the next you\'re shaping launch copy or sourcing the right affiliate partner. What ties it all together is taste, voice, and the ability to move without being asked.
We\'re a female-led team, operating mostly remotely on trust, integrity, and people who take their work seriously. If you thrive on autonomy, take pride in your craft, and get a little bothered when something looks or sounds off-brand — you\'ll fit right in here.
What you\'ll be doing
Email + SMS
Write, build, and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo — copy that sounds like us, not like a template
Update and optimize automated flows and sequences
Track performance and surface what\'s working
Content + Website
Draft blog posts with a clear POV and a natural, editorial voice
Upload and format content on site; support light SEO
Keep the chatbot and FAQs current and on-brand
Affiliate + Creator
Research and source affiliate and creator partners who genuinely fit the keote aesthetic
Support outreach, onboarding, and product seeding
Maintain the creator database and track performance
Wholesale + Faire
Build lists of boutiques and retailers that feel right for keote
Support outreach, follow-ups, and new account onboarding
Creative + Paid Support
Organize and manage creative assets for paid campaigns
Coordinate with creators and content partners
Assist with shoot coordination — shot lists, video scripts, logistics
General Ops
Maintain campaign calendars and keep timelines honest
Keep tools organized across Klaviyo, Shopify, Notion, and Canva
Support day-to-day marketing admin and miscellaneous tasks as the team grows
Document processes and what works so we have a playbook to build from
Who we\'re looking for
What you bring
2-4 years in a marketing coordinator or adjacent role
Strong copywriting skills — you write with personality, not filler, and it doesn\'t sound like AI wrote it
Comfortable with marketing data & analytics or an eagerness to learn — you\'ll seek out the data to unlock what\'s working
A genuine personal sense of style — you follow fashion, you have opinions, you get consumer brands
A sharp eye for design and aesthetics — you immediately notice when something looks elevated and on-brand vs. off
Type A organization and self-starter energy — you track your own deadlines, maintain your own systems without being asked, and communicate proactively
Based in the Twin Cities or surrounding suburbs
Nice to have
Hands-on experience or familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, and Notion
Experience with affiliate, creator, or partnership outreach
Strong long-form writing and editing chops — solid grammar, sharp eye for copy errors
Interest in AI tools and how they\'re reshaping how marketing gets done
Experience in a remote role — you know how to stay on track and accountable without in-person structure
What this can grow into
This isn\'t just a support role. You\'ll work directly alongside our Growth Marketing Lead, Social Media Manager, media buyers, and founder. As keote scales, there\'s real opportunity to take on more ownership — a channel, a function, or wherever your strengths take you. We reward people who show up, take initiative, and care about the work.
