At jump!, we help clients progress through sharp brand strategy, human insights and breakthrough innovation. We are an agency trusted by Jameson, Flutter, Red Bull Racing, Heineken, Honda and Nestlé to solve their biggest brand, positioning and innovation challenges.

We’re looking for a Senior Strategist to join our Mission Team, the beating heart of our strategic work, to deliver sharp thinking, bold creativity and commercial clarity.

This role is perfect for someone who is:

Fluent in brand, marketing or innovation

Relationally strong, a natural collaborator with senior clients

Working with, and reporting to an Innovation Director, you’ll need around 5-8 years of experience in brand management, strategy, brand innovation, brand consulting [RM5] or marketing planning but it’s your impact, ideas and presence that matter most.

What you’ll do

You’ll lead strategic work that drives change for clients, across geographies and sectors, in fast-paced and ambitious teams. That includes:

Leading strategy across brand positioning, innovation and architecture

Facilitating client workshops that spark ideas and align teams

Turning insight and cultural signals into creative, commercial direction

Building trusted relationships with senior clients and collaborators

Contributing to pitches and new business efforts

Coaching junior strategists and contributing to the Senior Leadership Team
