The Corporate Partnerships Marketing & Operations Intern is responsible for supporting the Dallas Cowboys Corporate Partnership Marketing & Operations department in the development, execution, and support of the Dallas Cowboys corporate partners. This internship will provide the opportunity to learn the day-to‑day operations by assisting in contract fulfillment through hospitality, partner activation, and proof of performance documentation.
The Corporate Partnerships Marketing & Operations internship is a six‑month minimum commitment and is based at the Dallas Cowboys Football Club Headquarters at The Star in Frisco, Texas.
The Corporate Partnerships Marketing & Operations Intern reports to the Senior Manager of Corporate Partnership Marketing.
Responsibilities (including, but are not limited to):
Assist in the planning and execution of current partner promotions, including in‑game, retail, digital and traditional media
Support the Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships Marketing in media trafficking for signage, radio, TV, podcasts, web, and other elements
Assist the Corporate Partnerships Marketing team with fulfilment and execution of partner assets for one (1) corporate partner at a minimum
Manage the Corporate Partnerships gameday photography process and partner photo library
Support gameday hospitality and activations at all Dallas Cowboys preseason and regular‑season home games
Assist regularly with department hospitality needs such as conducting tours of The Star and AT&T Stadium, hosting practice viewing experiences, and managing inventory for gifting and player autograph items
Assist in the planning and/or execution of events, including Golf Tournaments, Community Events, and Training Camp
Provide administrative support as needed, including transcribing and distributing meeting notes, handling shipping and courier needs, and assisting with printing projects
Utilize CRM to keep partner accounts up to date
Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
Undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Sport Management, or a related field preferred.
Able to commit to 30 hours per week for the duration of the internship, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency and tenacity.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.
Able to work well within a team environment, offer assistance, and support team members whenever necessary.
Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
The Corporate Partnerships Marketing and Operations intern is responsible for housing and transportation in the greater Dallas-Ft. Worth area.
