Employee Experience & Engagement Strategist

North Texas Emergency Communication Center is looking for a Workforce Engagement Administrator to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies. This role will develop programs aimed at improving the employee experience and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in human resources or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a public safety environment. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and HR certifications are preferred.
