affiliate and partnerships manager
who can build and scale real performance channels.
Not someone who talks about brand awareness.
Someone who can
drive affiliate sales.
Important
This is a
full-time in-office role.

The Role
You will work directly with leadership to build a
high-performing affiliate sales engine.
This includes:
Recruiting and managing affiliates
Building relationships with
content creators, influencers, publishers and celebrities
Structuring
lucrative commission programs
Driving measurable sales growth through partnerships
Managing outreach, onboarding, tracking, and performance
Expanding affiliate channels across multiple platforms
Who this is for
This role is for someone who:
Has proven experience generating results with affiliates
Understands performance-based partnerships
Knows how to negotiate and close influencer deals
Is comfortable working with high-ticket products
Can manage multiple moving relationships at once
Experience with
high ticket or bulky products
is a strong advantage.
Compensation
Salary range:
$50,000 to $100,000
based on experience.
This is a growth role with long-term upside.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years experience in affiliate or partnerships management preferred
Proven track record with
influencers, creators, affiliates, publishers or celebrity partnerships
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Performance-driven mindset
Must be able to work full-time in office
