Accountabilities

Design intuitive, end-to-end UI/UX experiences for connected lighting systems, web platforms, and digital tools.

Translate user research, product strategy, and business requirements into elegant workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams to deliver seamless, scalable user experiences.

Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and experience consistency across digital touchpoints.

Support the partner company's purpose-driven mission by creating meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, UX, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related discipline.

Experience designing user experiences for web-based and/or enterprise applications.

Hands‑on experience with modern UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure, or similar prototyping tools).

Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.

Proven ability to collaborate in cross‑functional Agile teams and clearly communicate design decisions.

Benefits

Salary: Below or up to $101,572.50 – $135,430.00 based on experience level.

Bonus: Target bonus opportunity of 5%.
