Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Experience in User Support Services, Networking Equipment,
Cloud based Planform connectivity, Slack, Zoom, MS Teams meeting, conf room equipment, voice, phone, iPhone connect with TV display
Be able to connect laptops/Macs with TV Display, Wireless Projectors, Phone systems etc.
Education : Requires Bachelor's degree (In IT, Computer Sciences etc.), and seven to ten years of related experience.
