Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer to join our Retail Media Network team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing applications that support the creation, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver intuitive and high-performing user experiences for advertisers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive front-end applications for retail media campaign management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Integrate with external ad tech partners (e.g., Criteo) and monitor campaign performance.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to team discussions.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Expert-level proficiency in React and Redux.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to understand project and company context.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
