What You Will Do
Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
Utilize OpenAI technologies to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance customer interactions.
Analyze market trends and user data to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product development and sales objectives.
Lead the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives brand awareness.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Ideal Candidate Background
3-15 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within the tech or developer tools industry.
Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns that leverage advanced technologies, including OpenAI.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Experience in a startup environment, particularly in a Series A or early-stage company.
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and enterprise sales processes.
Knowledge of SEO and Google Search optimization techniques.
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $175K to $210K, complemented by competitive equity options. This company offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
