The Role
We're looking for a Strategic Accounts Lead to own complex sales cycles from first demo to signed contract. You'll work with senior stakeholders at large enterprises, run consultative conversations that uncover real business problems, and show them exactly how Varos solves them.

We're reinventing the way consulting is done, so we want someone who can talk strategy at the highest level — ideally someone who's been on the buy-side of these conversations before (ex-consulting, banking, or similar). You'll be the trusted advisor our prospects need to say yes.

You’ll get to be on the cutting edge of AI, in front of the biggest clients in the world and re‑inventing an industry.

What You'll Do

Run the full sales cycle: From qualified lead to signed deal — you own it end to end

Lead consultative demos: Understand the prospect's business deeply, tailor every conversation, and show senior buyers exactly how Varos delivers value

Build trust with senior stakeholders: Navigate complex orgs and speak credibly with C-suite, VPs, and department heads

Source opportunities when needed: Tap your network and hustle to bring in net new leads

Shape our GTM motion: Feed learnings back to the team to refine our pitch, positioning, and sales playbook

You

Seasoned professional with 6+ years of experience, ideally ex-consulting, banking, or enterprise sales

High business IQ — you understand strategy, operations, and can talk shop at a sophisticated level

Confident running demos and presentations with very senior audiences

Polished and credible — you build trust quickly and know how to navigate complex buying processes

Resourceful and self-directed — you figure things out and get deals done
