A company is looking for a User Experience Lead for a 6-9 month freelance contract.
Key Responsibilities:

Articulate and communicate design approaches to users, designers, and stakeholders
Create design assets and contribute to the team's design system and language
Iteratively improve designs based on partner input and prioritize design work across projects

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in graphic design, editorial, or content creation design
Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and meet project deadlines
Proven experience utilizing AI
Developing proficiency in product design and craftsmanship (motion, animation, video)
Arts degree or agency/design studio experience preferred
