Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist supports day-to-day marketing activities within the Service organization, working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Reporting to the Senior Service Marketing Manager and aligned with guidance from the Senior Marketing Specialist, this role partners with our global team members to execute projects, maintain marketing assets, and contribute to ongoing initiatives. The Marketing Specialist actively seeks to understand business priorities, strategies, and objectives to ensure alignment and deliver meaningful results.
Essential Functions:
Manage Service Marketing Welcome Kit to new Service customers
Manage Service marketing inventory & orders
Create Microsoft Forms for training registrations
Create emails for technical trainings
Update/manage US field service team map
Update field service team address list & onboarding documents for US & Canada
Update technical training email list monthly
Purchase order management
Order giveaways & team items as needed
Assist with tradeshow & meeting logistics
Assist with development and coordination of marketing materials
Develop strong relationships with both internal and external resources
Monitor online marketing materials sales catalog
Communicate proactively
Understand budgets to ensure cost saving measures
Other duties assigned consistent with the company's goals, objectives and interests
Required/Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3 or more years of marketing/marketing communications experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Superb cross-functional and project management skills
Excellent attention-to-detail and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities
Ability to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced, environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills

The hourly pay rate for this position is:
$31.60 to $40.00
