Job Title: Account Executive (Healthcare Staffing)

Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (1-2x per week)

Location:

  • Local to Queens/Long Island, NY is ideal
  • Open to Remote candidates based on strength of experience

Base Salary: $80,000–$140,000 Base (Depending on Seniority and Ramp Time)

Commission: 6% Commission on total GP (Evergreen Payout); Uncapped

Our client is a Joint Commission Certified healthcare staffing firm with more than two decades of success serving both government and commercial healthcare clients nationwide.


They provide Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice Providers, and Allied Health Professionals to facilities across the U.S., including hospitals, urgent care centers, rehabilitation centers, correctional facilities, and government agencies.


The Role:

Our client is hiring multiple Healthcare Staffing Sales Professionals who are hungry, driven, and ready to produce.


What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare staffing clients nationwide.
  • Sell contract and contract-to-hire staffing solutions for physicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers (Open to candidates who have sold assisted living staffing solutions.)
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from business development through candidate close and client retention.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and compliance teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Consistently meet or exceed gross profit and revenue goals.
  • Grow into team manager role within 1-2 yeatr


Required:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in healthcare staffing (physician, nurse, allied, assisted living etc.).
  • Proven ability to generate $250K+ in annual gross profit.
  • Energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented “hunter” mentality.
  • Previous management experience -OR- a desire to grow into a managerial position


Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling into Federal or Government healthcare contracts is a plus
