We are located in New York, NY.Role DescriptionAs a Creative Director & Designer you will work full-time onsite with us in Manhattan. You will be responsible for managing a team of designers both on-site and remote, providing creative direction and graphic designing product concepts licensed home decor categories. Important skills & responsibilities include:an ability to spot trendsan understanding of our consumer demographics and customer base including off-price, specialty, home and mass chainsa creative mind for new product format developmentStrong design skills and conceptual thinkingMarket research through regular visits to our customers' storesCreating vivid concept imagery and physical packaging mock-ups for sales presentations to customersAbility to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Coordinate design projects as directed through multiple associates from concept to final delivery of assets to factory.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field8+ years of experience in graphic design of consumer productsOver 6 years experience with our licenses or similar Ability to manage multiple projects, specifically with a team to navigate creative and logistical demandsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsHighly proficient in the Adobe Creative SuiteExperience in the home décor product categories a plusPersonal interest in pop-culture is a plus
