What you’ll own
- Local growth playbook: open houses, trial classes, partnerships (eg. school/community)
- KPI tracking & performance optimization (conversion, enrollment, revenue)
- Cross-functional execution with Sales/BD + Marketing + Curriculum
What you’ll do
- Lead day-to-day operations across centers with Center Directors to deliver a safe, high-quality learning environment
- Coach and develop center teams with clear accountability tied to growth metrics
- Use market/competitor insights to refine programs and launch new offerings
- Communicate program value + student outcomes to families (English + Chinese )
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in education operations/program management (multi-site a plus)
- Proven track record hitting growth KPIs (enrollment/revenue/conversion)
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken & written)
