A company is looking for a Social Media Operator for the Portuguese Market.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Review drama footage and identify high-potential clips with strong hook and retention value
Monitor platform analytics and apply data-driven strategies to improve content performance

Required Qualifications

1-2+ years of experience in social media operation or content creation
Native Portuguese speaker with conversational to business-level English proficiency
Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of social media metrics (views, watch time, CTR, engagement rate, etc.)
Excellent editorial instinct for identifying emotionally engaging and shareable moments
