Content Designer – Marketing Department
Job Summary
DebtBlue, LLC is a fast‑growing debt settlement organization committed to helping individuals and families regain financial stability. We serve with integrity, compassion, and excellence-helping people restore peace of mind and move toward a stronger financial future. If you value meaningful work and want to make an impact, you'll feel at home here.

DebtBlue is looking for a creative, curious, and digitally fluent Content Designer to join our marketing team. This is a blended role built for someone who leads with strong writing instincts and brings working knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles to the table.

You will be the voice behind our digital content - crafting blog posts, social media copy, video scripts, and ad content that helps everyday people understand and navigate debt relief. Alongside your writing, you will support the presentation of that content online, contributing to landing pages, web copy layout, and basic UI updates using our CMS and design tools.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong portfolio, a hunger to grow, and the ability to move fluidly between a writing brief and a Figma file.

Key Responsibilities

Write high‑quality B2C content including blog posts, educational articles, website and landing page copy, email campaigns, and organic social media

Script and outline short‑form digital video for social platforms, paid ads, and website use

Record basic on‑camera or voiceover video content using in‑office equipment or smartphone

Repurpose written content into video‑friendly and social‑first formats

Optimize all written content for SEO, readability, and conversion

Maintain a consistent brand voice that is empathetic, trustworthy, and compliant

Translate complex financial topics into clear, engaging, human content

Update and publish content across the company website using CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)

Support the design and layout of landing pages and campaign pages with an eye for clean, user‑friendly UI

Apply basic UI/UX principles to ensure content is visually clear, well‑structured, and mobile‑optimized

Collaborate with designers on page layouts, visual hierarchy, and content placement

Assist with light front‑end edits including HTML/CSS formatting for web content

Use tools such as Figma or Canva to mockup content layouts or social graphics

Social Media & Channel Support

Support organic social channels with engaging, on‑brand, compliant content

Optimize content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook

Assist with community engagement and supply copy and creative concepts for paid social

Stay current on platform trends while aligning with brand and regulatory standards

Compliance & Collaboration

Ensure all consumer‑facing content meets internal brand standards and regulatory guidance
