A company is looking for a Staff Motion Designer to lead the development and evolution of motion design within the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a creative lead to deliver impactful marketing assets while balancing business needs and creative constraints
Interpret strategic briefs and propose design and motion solutions, iterating based on stakeholder feedback
Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to understand collaboration needs and resolve conflicts

Required Qualifications

7+ years of proven experience in motion design with a strong portfolio
Deep understanding of motion design principles, editing, and UI/UX
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
3D proficiency (Cinema 4D/Blender) and experience with creative AI workflows are a plus
Ability to manage personal career development and seek feedback for growth
