Position: Marketing Partnership Manager

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Senior Director of Sponsorship and Partnership Marketing

FLSA: Exempt
SUMMARY:

The Marketing Partnership Manager supports the development and execution of Keesler Federal's partnership marketing initiatives. This hybrid role focuses on strengthening relationships with Select Employee Groups (SEGs) and business partners to drive engagement, brand awareness, and member growth. The Manager plays an essential role in implementing partnership programs that align with Keesler Federal's mission and support overall marketing and business objectives.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures and applicable federal, state and local laws. Manages Partnership Marketing interns and coordinators, including evaluating performance, coaching, counseling, interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work duties, managing leave time, and recommending status changes, such as terminations, promotions, etc.
Essential Functions: Manage day-to-day relationships with SEGs and business partners to ensure consistent engagement and value delivery.
Collaborate closely with branch managers to coordinate partnership activities, on-site events, and local marketing initiatives that drive membership growth and strengthen business relationships.
Support the execution of Keesler Federal's Bank at Work and partnership programs, including on-site events, financial education initiatives, and co-branded marketing campaigns.
Maintain and update the partnership CRM database, tracking outreach, engagement activities, and performance metrics.
Develop marketing collateral, partner toolkits, and communication materials to support engagement and recruitment efforts.
Collaborate across the marketing team to align partnership strategies with overall brand objectives, campaigns, and business goals.
Identify and propose new partnership opportunities that enhance visibility, deepen relationships, and contribute to growth.
Manage select corporate sponsorship activations and events to support on-site engagement and partnership fulfillment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
Experience and Other Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in partnership marketing or business development.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and event logistics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in CRM or partner management platforms HubSpot preferred.
Background in financial services or B2B marketing is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Frequent travel within Keesler Federal's regional markets is required, including occasional evenings and weekends for partner events and sponsorship activations.
Interpersonal Skills:

A high level of diplomacy, leadership, and influence is required. Frequent contact with executive staff, dealers, team members, and external partners is necessary to achieve lending and service goals. The role involves negotiation, coaching, and strategic alignment across departments and external organizations.
