We are hiring a VP of Events for a growing company. You MUST have created OUTDOOR shows/events from scratch, rather than going back to the same venues again and again, have experience working with cities/towns/municipalities to get permits, and have a track record of increasing revenues at these shows/events. Additionally, you MUST live in Florida and can get to West Palm area 2-3 days/week.

We're looking for someone who can help us find new revenue streams and expand into new markets and if you have done these things then we want to hear from you. But if that is not your background, or you don't live in Florida/are relocating there, then please don't apply.

Your Background

  • You've created outdoor events/shows from scratch and delivered results.
  • Experience managing employees and contractors.
  • Have sold sponsorships for events.
  • You've worked in organizations that weren't fully developed and helped professionalize them.
  • Comfortable with technology and using it to improve operations.
  • You can work with everyone from board members to field workers.
  • You know how to create a culture focused on great customer service.

Education: Bachelor's degree required, MBA is nice but not necessary

$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
