Cortechs.ai is actively recruiting for a Business Development Manager for the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West territory - Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Alaska, Colorado, Wyoming and Washington State. We are looking for someone that is located in Washington State.

Responsibilities

  • Translate training and education into successful sales of all Cortechs.ai products within its portfolio.
  • Develop creative strategies for all existing and potential accounts within specified zone.
  • Generate and maintain a complete and consistent customer database for assigned zone.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all contacts at qualified accounts through customer visits, letters, phone calls, LinkedIn, attendance at symposiums/trade shows, etc.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle (including presentation, evaluation, contract negotiation and close, delivery, installation, and after-sale support).
  • Prepare necessary documents for requested proposals (including quotes, answering of technical questions (with the help of internal team, etc.).
  • Develop regular pattern of contacting customers and stay knowledgeable regarding the status of each account and market.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to effectively influence other accounts and promote upgrade/upsell business.
  • Share account information with colleagues throughout the globe to stimulate team selling.
  • Conduct accurate sales forecasts and provide data for annual budget planning.
  • Develop a creative 12-month sales strategy in alignment with Cortechs.ai corporate strategy.
  • Maintain a high degree of knowledge through continuous self-training.
  • Maintain a professional and innovative image of Cortechs.ai with customers, competitors, and colleagues.
  • Monitor own costs and propose potential savings.

Required Experience

  • BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be used to travel, with a willingness and desire to travel constantly (up to 25%).
  • Documented success as a top-tier sales executive in previous sales positions.
  • 5 years+ of sales experience in Radiology, focused on capital/software niche markets is preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to make independent decisions and lead negotiations.
  • Previous experience communicating with Radiologists, Neurologists & Surgeons along with knowledge of hospital hierarchy and sales cycles.
  • Superior customer relations proficiency and experience working closely with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • High comfort level with software and technology, in general.
