Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Creative Director, Art to lead the creative vision for a leading brand in the sports and entertainment space launching in the US and Canadian markets. This is a career‑defining opportunity to create disruptive, bold, and comedic work that makes a massive impact. The role requires a passionate sports enthusiast who thrives on pushing boundaries and shaping a brand voice that resonates with sports fans.
What You'll Do
- Lead and own the art direction and visual creative for a flagship sports entertainment account across all channels, including broadcast TV, radio, digital, social media, OOH, and experiential activations.
- Concept and execute high‑budget, large‑scale productions, translating bold ideas into compelling, headline‑worthy creative.
- Drive the work from concept to completion, maintaining a hands‑on approach and ensuring the highest quality of execution.
- Champion and defend creative work, providing clear, compelling rationales to both internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to build a disruptive and culturally relevant brand presence in a competitive market.

What You'll Need
- Extensive, hands‑on production experience with a portfolio to prove it.
- A portfolio filled with big, headline‑worthy ideas for major, well‑known brands, with a strong emphasis on comedy and disruptive thinking.
- A genuine and demonstrable passion for American sports, including football, baseball, basketball, and MMA.
- Proven ability to lead high‑budget, integrated campaigns from concept through execution.
- Experience working on sports‑adjacent brands or sponsorships is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
$100,000—$230,000 USD. We offer a competitive benefits package.
