- Responsible for RF Plasma Generation solution portfolio and related service globally in the Semiconductor domain and beyond in close cooperation with Business Unit functions and R&D.
- Responsible for product and pricing strategies as well as the go‑to‑market approach for our solutions that outline scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets, while monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
- Present the solution portfolio to customers, conduct sales training, support our sales team during the proposal process, and assist system engineering in implementing solutions for our customers.
- Contribute to business plan development and communicate customer progress, challenges, and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels, fostering transparency, and ensuring alignment and support.
- Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, customer and competitor changes to maintain the company's competitive edge.
- Maximize the impact of investments by developing and executing strategic plans and roadmaps that drive innovation and growth.
- Design and manage marketing campaigns overseeing market communications, including the creation of high-quality marketing materials.
- Conduct risk analysis to identify potential risks and challenges and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate customer success and drive continuous improvement.
