SEO Website Auditor (Short-Term Volunteer Project)

Volunteer Role
We are seeking a volunteer with SEO expertise to conduct a short-term audit of our website.
Your recommendations will help us improve visibility, strengthen donor reach, and expand
awareness of our mission.
Responsibilities
Review overall site structure and user experience
Identify technical SEO issues (speed, mobile, indexing, broken links, etc.)
Evaluate on-page SEO, metadata, headings, and keyword opportunities
Provide a clear list of recommended improvements
Optional: assist with updates if you want to continue volunteering
Qualifications
Experience with SEO audits (technical + on-page)
Comfort with tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
Ability to explain findings in simple, actionable terms
Passion for helping a small nonprofit increase its impact
Time Commitment
Short-term: approximately 5–10 hours over 1–2 weeks
Fully remote and flexible
Option to continue volunteering if interested
