Position Summary

Role: The Sales Director is responsible for driving membership growth through agent and carrier partnerships, event participation, community outreach, and ensuring that agents/brokers across Florida have the information, tools, and training to effectively represent and sell various carrier plans.

Responsibilities

  • Builds a year-round sales and recruitment strategy while servicing all agents to ensure all sales objectives are met.
  • Oversee community presence and grassroots lead generation efforts.
  • Establish relationships with key partners within each market, educate agents on Agility Insurance Services’ value proposition, and understand member relationships and potential fit within offerings.
  • Train the agent population on products, services, and offerings; educate on agent representation at community events.
  • Manage the local budget related to events, sales enrollment materials, and promotional items.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships & Community Engagement to staff enrollment centers in specific neighborhoods within the service area.
  • Effectively communicate plan offerings both internally and externally.
  • Work with sales operations to perform market analyses and track sales using quantitative skills.
  • Coordinate with the Producer Support Team to ensure agent satisfaction and ensure CMS, State, and Federal guideline compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in Healthcare or Medicare; preferably in driving agent/broker relations
  • Active Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain within first 90 days of employment
  • Bilingual – Spanish / English Required
  • Ability to quickly establish and maintain strong agent partner relationships
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to speak to ACA, Medicare, and Ancillary products

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Compensation: $85,000 per year plus quarterly incentive based on KPIs
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday; Weekends as needed
  • License/Certification: Active Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain within first 90 days
  • Willingness to travel: Up to 50% (Required)
