EER Global, a leading international recruitment and headhunting agency, is expanding into Germany. We are looking for an experienced leader to establish and lead our new German branch — and grow into a partner-level role .
Your Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the German team from the ground up
- Drive business development, acquire new clients, and close deals
- Define and implement the local strategy in alignment with EER’s international standards
- Represent EER as a trusted partner and ambassador in the German market
Your Profile:
- Proven and relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or headhunting – this is a mandatory requirement for the role
- Experience in sales, business development as an hunter - Must
- Strong sales and business development track record
- Good understanding of the German recruitment market
- Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with interest in progressing to a partner-level role
