We are looking for an Infrastructure and Network lead who has experience with Network automation and AIOps.
Key Responsibilities
- Design reference architectures for closed-loop automation covering fault management, performance optimization, configuration management, and capacity planning.
- Build reusable AIOps accelerators: anomaly detection models, root cause analysis (RCA) engines, and predictive maintenance pipelines tailored to telecom network environments.
- Lead transformation engagements for Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators -- assessing current NOC/SOC maturity, designing target-state autonomous operations, and managing delivery.
- Serve as the technical authority and executive sponsor for autonomous operations and AIOps delivery programmes.
- Define SLAs and measurable outcomes: incident reduction (%), MTTR improvement (%), manual task elimination, and cost-per-incident reduction.
- Architect integrations between AI/ML platforms and network management systems (OSS, EMS, NMS) -- including OSS like ServiceNow (TNI/SPMT), IBM Tivoli, Nokia NSP, and Netcracker.
- Lead adoption of AI-driven network operations tools: intent-based networking, predictive analytics, and real-time network digital twins.
- Build and lead a team of network automation engineers, AIOps architects, and NOC transformation consultants.
Requirements
- 14+ years in network operations or infrastructure engineering with 5+ years in network automation or AIOps.
- Deep expertise in IP/MPLS, optical transport, Ethernet, and/or access network technologies (GPON, XGS-PON, Fixed Wireless).
- Hands‑on experience with network automation tools: Ansible, Terraform, YANG/NETCONF, gNMI, Python scripting.
- Proven ability to design and deploy AI/ML models for network use cases: anomaly detection, traffic prediction, fault correlation.
- Experience operating large-scale NOC/SOC environments and transforming them toward autonomous models.
- Familiarity with TM Forum eTOM, Open APIs, and TMN standards.
