Overview of the Role
VP of Product – CTV. Lead product strategy and execution across our CTV platform, building high‑performance, privacy‑first, and scalable solutions for publishers, streamers, and advertisers.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Own the CTV Product Vision: Define a bold strategy for InMobi’s CTV business across SSP, exchange, and media activation surfaces.
- Build for Scale & Differentiation: Deliver innovative ad formats, identity‑resilient targeting, yield optimization, and publisher tools that stand out in a crowded ecosystem.
- Drive Execution: Lead or influence cross‑functional teams in engineering, sales, AI, and operations to build, launch, and scale high‑impact products globally.
- Leverage Data & AI: Incorporate advanced analytics, ML models, and predictive insights to drive performance and value across the platform where appropriate.
- Partner with Publishers & Platforms: Deeply engage with streaming services, OEMs, and media partners to understand needs and build for the future of TV.
- Enable Monetization & GTM: Collaborate with GTM and revenue teams to drive adoption, create packaging, and refine positioning in market.
The Experience We Need
- 12+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in video or CTV advertising.
- Deep understanding of the CTV landscape—SSPs, DSPs, header bidding, server‑side ad insertion (SSAI), and identity solutions.
- Strong track record building scalable, programmatic ad tech products across multiple environments (CTV, OTT, linear addressable, etc.).
- Technical depth with comfort leading AI‑driven initiatives and working closely with engineering teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute with speed, clarity, and precision.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence; able to influence at all levels internally and externally.
Compensation
Base salary (fixed) pay range: $ to $ USD (min to max). Pay applicable to offices in California and New York. Variable pay may include annual or quarterly bonuses. Equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units may be offered.
