Summary of Responsibilities
Coordinates and administers Project LIFT’s Programs including planning, organizing, delievery and documentation of activities. Work is performed under the general direction of the Director of Operations.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Provides and performs program delivery functions including the following:
Execution of the overall program and planning its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization, including transportation and parent communication
Assists with recruiting for participants
Observing programming in all departments daily; Models behavior for instructors
Develops new initiatives to support the strategic direction of Project LIFT.
Assists in the development of a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and identify areas for improvement
Ensures the program operates within Project LIFT’s policies and procedures and complies with established playbooks
Oversees the collection and maintenance of records according to the confidentiality/privacy policy of the organization; ensures tracking data is accurate and submitted timely
Coordinates the delivery of services to increase effectiveness and efficiency including transportation and drug testing of participants
Assists with special projects.

Proficiency in word processing, databases, e-mail, and internet usage.
Qualifications
BA or advanced degree with 3-5 years experience in program management or equivalent work experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is also required to sit at a desk and use a computer. The employee is required to stand and walk. The noise level in the work environment varies. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. In addition, the employee must able to lift up to minimum of 25lbs, able to work in non-air conditioned environment and to stay on feet for extended periods of time.
