Position Overview
The Production Crew supports event setup and breakdown. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that brings events to life.
Responsibilities
Load and unload vans with event materials and florals
Transport and set up items at event venues
Assist with placing centerpieces, candles, and decor
Follow direction from Lead Designer or team leads
Assist with breakdown and pack-out at end of events
Requirements
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
Comfortable working long event days
Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
Reliable transportation to event locations
