THE ROLE

  • Own the full end-to-end sales cycle across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound and self-generated opportunities
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders across risk, fraud, and operations
  • Deliver compelling product demos and manage pilots through to close
  • Partner closely with Product and leadership to shape messaging and commercial strategy
  • Play a key role in scaling the go-to-market function from an early stage


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound activity
  • Run structured discovery to uncover commercial and operational pain points
  • Position a technical, data-led solution in a clear and compelling way
  • Manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement through to negotiation and close
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across fintech and financial services organisations
  • Capture and feedback customer insights to inform product and GTM decisions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting


REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–5+ years experience in SaaS, fintech, or financial services sales
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience running consultative, multi-stage sales cycles
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, and storytelling ability
  • Comfortable selling to technical or analytical buyers (risk, fraud, credit, ops)
  • Self-starter mindset — able to operate with autonomy and create momentum
