This annual fundraiser brings together leaders in real estate development, affordable housing, business, and community impact to support RMC’s

Building the Future of Development

initiative. Proceeds from the tournament will help create career pathways for more than 75 high school and college students from underrepresented communities each year, including real estate internships, mentorship opportunities, development workshops, and participation in the Next Gen Talent Academy.
The volunteer photographer will primarily take

posed group photos of golf teams

as they move through a designated photo area (one of the holes). These photos will help us celebrate our sponsors, participants, and community partners while creating meaningful event memories and promotional content for future RMC communications.
Volunteer Responsibilities
The volunteer photographer will:
Take clear group photos of golf teams
Help organize teams briefly for posed photos
Capture a few candid photos of golfers, volunteers, sponsors, and the event atmosphere as time allows
Share final photo files with RMC after the event, within 5 days of the event
Ideal Volunteers
This opportunity is a great fit for someone who:
Has photography experience, either professional, freelance, student, or hobbyist
Owns or has access to a quality camera or iPhone
Feels comfortable giving some direction to groups for photos
Is friendly, reliable, and comfortable interacting with event guests
Supports RMC’s mission to build brighter futures through affordable housing, resident services, and career pathways
