Your primary responsibilities will include:Campaign ExecutionBuild, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic DSPs.Implement campaign structures, audience targeting, tracking parameters, and creative rotations based on media plans developed by senior strategists.Monitor campaign pacing and budget delivery to ensure media plans execute as intended.Performance Monitoring & OptimizationTrack campaign performance across key metrics.Identify optimization opportunities including bid adjustments, audience refinements, and creative testing.Support testing and experimentation across messaging, targeting, and creative formats.Reporting & Data AnalysisCompile campaign performance data and contribute to regular reporting for internal teams and clients.Maintain campaign data integrity across dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.Assist with campaign pacing analysis and performance reviews.Ad Operations & Technical ImplementationSupport implementation of conversion tracking, pixels, UTMs, and tagging.Assist with troubleshooting campaign delivery issues across platforms.Maintain organized campaign documentation and platform configurations.CollaborationWork closely with media strategists, account managers, and creative teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and perform effectively.Contribute insights during campaign reviews and internal strategy discussions.Qualifications1-4 years of experience in digital media buying or advertising operations.Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, programmatic platforms or DSPs is a plus.Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and optimization strategies.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.Familiarity with Google Analytics, tag management, and conversion tracking preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Comfortable working in a fast-paced political or advocacy campaign environment.What We're Looking ForAnalytical mindset and curiosity about campaign performance.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple moving parts across several campaigns.Self-starter who is comfortable learning new platforms quickly and enjoys tinkering with technology.Interest in digital media strategy, data analysis, and campaign optimization.What You'll GainDirect experience executing high-impact digital campaigns.Exposure to a wide range of advertising platforms and campaign strategies.Opportunity to work with experienced media strategists and grow into more senior campaign roles.
