The Group Eligibility, Install and Renewal team is responsible for processing incoming renewals for our Core and Premier lines of business as well as providing assistance to the Implementation team with processing Jumbo renewals. The Enrollment Processor Intermediate will report to the Operations Supervisor. In this role you will assist with the processing of Large Group Renewals as well as ad‑hoc requests throughout the year to support our internal business partners. You will be assigned specific Account Executives and Account Service Representatives to manage their renewal book of business.

Your Work

In this role, you will:

  • Process Core and Premier renewals as well as providing assistance to the Implementation Team with processing Jumbo renewals
  • Regularly contact internal customers and business partners to verify or obtain additional information to complete processing work
  • Research information as appropriate to resolve inquiries and escalations
  • Access and navigate various systems of record to perform required job duties
  • Provide assistance to our vendor partners
  • Manage department specific desktop level procedures, training content, and projects as warranted by business needs

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED
  • Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires good verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Healthcare group level enrollment processing experience preferred
  • Facets and Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Self‑driven and able to operate in the best interests of our clients, or company and team with limited supervision or oversight

Hybrid Virtual Work

This role allows employees to work virtually full‑time, however employees will be expected to come to the office based on business need.
