Position Overview

We are currently adding to our team and looking for individuals who enjoy assisting clients and handling travel details to join us as Travel Support & Booking Specialist. In this role, you will help manage reservations, organize trip components, and ensure each client's travel plans are completed accurately and efficiently.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a mix of customer interaction and detail-focused tasks, while working in a flexible remote environment. You'll play an important part in helping clients move from planning ideas to fully confirmed travel arrangements. No prior industry experience is required training and support are provided.

What You'll Do

Assist with booking travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, and activities
Review client preferences to match them with appropriate travel options
Provide support and guidance during the reservation process
Communicate with clients through email, messaging tools, and phone when needed
Work with travel partners to finalize and confirm booking details
Maintain accurate and organized records of client reservations
Stay informed about travel updates, availability, and special offers
Support clients through the booking process until completion
What We're Looking For

Interest in booking support and customer service
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear communication and ability to multitask
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, and other approved regions
No prior travel experience required and onboarding provided
