Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Marketing Manager - Media Strategy & Partnerships - this is a hybrid role in Palo Alto, CA. Salary range: 150-180K plus benefits plus equity. We are a Palo Alto-based AI company building agents for 1B+ global knowledge workers. Following the launch of our Super Agent suite in April 2025, we grew from 0 to $200M ARR within 11 months. The company raised $60M in Seed, $100M in Series A, and $385M in Series B (backed by Emergence Capital Partners, LG, SBI, UpHonest Capital, Sozo Ventures, and Temasek's Pavilion Capital) over the past 20 months. OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Microsoft, and many other tech giants all formed strategic partnerships with us since our launch.
We are looking for a Media Strategy & Partnerships Manager with 5-7 years of experience to own our media strategy and execution. You will be responsible for managing our PR agency, driving co-marketing partnerships, and using data to make smart decisions about our brand investments. This is a key role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, shaping how millions of people discover Genspark.
What will you be doing?
Develop and execute our media strategy across various channels (traditional, digital, OOH, podcasts).
Manage the relationship with our external PR agency, serving as the main internal point of contact.
Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic co-marketing partnerships to amplify our brand.
Set up and monitor brand health metrics, track media effectiveness, and report on campaign ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams like brand, creative, performance marketing, and product to align efforts.
Requirements:
6 - 10 years of experience in brand strategy or marketing (Mandatory) 4+ years experience at a US-based startup (Series A/B). (Mandatory) Managed media/PR agencies and executed co-marketing partnerships (Mandatory) Worked at a productivity or collaboration tool company (Nice-to-have) Managed marketing budgets of $250K+ monthly (Mandatory) Experience with PR and crisis communications management (Nice-to-have) Experience building marketing processes from scratch in a startup (Required)
