About Verisoul
Verisoul stops fake accounts and fraud in the era of AI. We distinguish real humans from bots and bad actors for high-growth companies like Clay, Augment Code, and Morning Consult .
Our Trajectory (Last 12 Months):
6x YoY Growth: 6x ARR growth (to $2M) and scaled to 100+ customers.
Product Dominance: 80% competitive win rate; we catch 70-105% more fraud than legacy tools.
Strong Backing: Raised $8.8M Series A
You and Your Role
Our linkage to our customers is our strongest competitive advantage . As the Head of Customer Experience, you will scale Verisoul’s ability to deliver an incredible customer experience over time. You’ll lead an entirely new function - called Customer Experience - that puts the customer at the center of Verisoul . The CE team manages the entire integration and post-sales customer lifecycle - acting as the bridge between sales, product, and engineering.
What You’ll Do:
Build an amazing team: Start by understanding and doing each function - building the playbook (first 3 months), and then hire a team to scale what works
Integrate Customers: Own customer integration and onboarding - helping them pilot, launch, and use Verisoul successfully
Support & Manage Customers: Own the white-glove support operations required to solve customer challenges
Retain & Drive Product Adoption: Drive Net and Gross revenue retention by solving customer problems, proving Verisoul’s value, and increasing Verisoul’s scope within customer organizations
Turn Empathy into Product Insights: Channel raw customer feedback directly into the Product Roadmap, helping us prioritize features that reduce friction and increase value.
Automate the Customer Experience Stack: Improve Verisoul’s customer experience with automation, AI agents, and product improvements
What You’ll Bring:
At Verisoul, we value passion, ability, and alignment with our core principles and mission above all. While we have a set of 'nice-to-haves,' we are primarily looking for exceptional candidates who bring unique strengths to our team. Ideally, you will have:
6-10+ Years Experience: in product, sales engineering, technical customer success, or similar roles. Record of success at high-growth startups is a plus.
Technical fluency: Hands on experience with API-based products, integrations, or data-heavy workflows.
Communication Skills: Ability communicate with clients in high-intensity environments and communicate ideas clearly via written, verbal, and face-to-face formats.
Startup Grit: You have seen the chaos of a Series A/B startup. You are comfortable working with ambiguity and don't need a pre-written manual to be effective.
Commercial Instincts: You understand that a great customer experience drives revenue. You are comfortable discussing contracts, renewals, and upsells.
Low Ego / High Ownership: You are willing to answer a question on a Saturday if it means saving a customer, but you have the vision to build a system so you don't have to do it next time.
This Role is Not for You If:
You prefer managing mature teams over building process and outcomes from scratch
You need clear processes and playbooks before acting

Our Values
All-in Optimism: Building a startup is hard. We bring the energy and steadfast optimism needed to push through challenges and accomplish the impossible—while having fun.
Total Ownership: Be a self-starter and a self-completer. Own high-impact problems end-to-end, combining structure with the execution skills to get the job done.
First Principles Curiosity: Challenge assumptions with a beginner’s mind. Rethink the "current way," test new hypotheses, and focus on finding the truth—even if it means changing your mind.
